This has been the worst experience I have had. Overall the staff is not helpful. They will blame the patient for their mistakes (wires that pop loose). Billing is a nightmare. It is almost impossible to get straight answers from the staff and when you question someone they have to transfer you to someone else. It appears to me that this proctice is geared to collecting as much money from CHIP and Medicare as possible by handling as many patients as possible.

If you are looking for an orthodontist you will be better served elsewhere.
