First I want to start off by saying that the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful! I had an emergency, they right away made an appointment to see me the same day. I had my two right wisdom teeth pulled out, everything went ok there. After I went home though I had complications so I called the dr who did the surgery, right away he was rude, inconsiderate and down right condescending. I felt like I was bothering him, I called him due to the fact I was bleeding and could not seem to stop it but right away he told me it's normal and when I tried to explain the situation he would always cut me off and finally I told him he was being rude and he told me that he was on a dinner date and that I was just overreacting. I hung up because of the way he was talking to me and he called back to try to apologize but he was not sincere. When I went for check up he accused me of trying to get to much pain medicine and that in fact he called the pharmacy I used and inquired that I've seen to many drs. Snd got to many prescriptions from different drs. When he talked to me he was loud and unprofessional his approach on the subject and when I tried to explain he abruptly cut me off and said he didn't care to hear my side and when I told him he is misunderstanding the situation and he is wrong in accusing me he didn't care to year me out. I walked out of the office humiliated and still in pain. The fact is I never shopped around for drs and he got his facts wrong I did see my family physician and yes she prescribed pain meds. she then referred me to a surgeon and saw him by this time I was swollen and in pain and he too prescribed pain and antibiotics but he would not do the surgery due to having $300 up front for a scan my insurance didn't cover. I disagreed with him and called my insurance and they referred me to this dr. Who then did the surgery. He said I shopped around when in fact I didn't he ask stated it was with five diff. dr. and when in fact my physician is run by two drs. in same office try thought I had the condition tmj with is painful, but I personally wanted to make sure what it was and that's when I found out it was misdiagnosed yes on paper it might seem bad but informing on my situation it should of been clear I was not doing what he claimed I was and I tried to explain but instead he was unprofessional and accused me of this. Yes I know that patients due this all the time, but if he gave me a chance and looked at the facts he would of known the truth. So I'm still in pain and it not healing correctly but I will never go back and would never recommend this office to anyone. The Dr. I'm referring to is Dr. Gordon.
