It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was worried that the fillings I got would fall off quickly because they didn't do them correctly. I had to go back a second time. It's in "the hood" and you get that attitude and level of service to boot. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me.
