Dr. Thompson does an amazing job with crowns. He was able to save my tooth where other dentists would have just ground it down to nothing. His work is really good, but his office staff is amazingly incompotent. They don't know how to bill the insurance, they don't submit a estimate request from the insurance company and they charge you the whole amount of the procedure ahead of time. Then it takes them forever to submit a claim to the insurance and when the insurance finally does pay, you have to fight with them to get the overpaid portion back - it's very unprofessional. BUT he does such a great job on the teeth that it is worth putting up with his incompotent, unprofessional and disorganized staff.
