They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Their prices were very fair. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that somewhat took the pain away. Unfortunately, after Dr. David MacKay performed an extraction, I was not at all satisfied with the level of pain during recovery, and ended up with a dry socket, which is EXTREMELY painful. I refused to return to this dentist and found a new one I am very happy with.
