I called Dr. Leekoff's office to see if he accepted my insurance. His office said yes. I made an appointment and had the procedures done and a week later I received an invoice and a letter from his office saying the insurance did not cover the procedure (simple cleaning). It turned out that he was never on the insurance company list, but his office lied to me so that they could bill me later. This has happened to one of my friends. My friend received an invoice for over a $1000 after he was told the insurance was going to cover the procedure.
