They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment. The bill is not itemized. I wish they had discussed it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. They don't care at all about my concerns. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they provided no information on the procedures. I am very suspicious of their motives. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They double bill for lab fees which are included in the services. I took a restoration kit to them that I had paid for and they lost it and recharged me for the kit. BE AFRAID TO USE THIS DENTIST. BE VERY AFRAID. This dentist should lose it's license.
