They like to play guessing games.....my son had two cavities side by side and without taking xrays she made an assumption as to which one should be pulled. And instead of billing your insurance, they like to try to calculate how much the bill would be and make you pay upfront. We have unknown charges on our plan now. They also charge a child behavior fee of $75 if your kid cries and needs assistance keeping still in the chair. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
However, I had difficulty attempting to schedule a surgical procedure after the visit. Scheduling seemed to be hit or miss without any defined time frame and trying to establish a surgical time became very frustrating. Promises to return calls were dropped and lots of uncertainty from the patients perspective.
