Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've not postponed my appointment other than taking us to be seen a little late sometimes.
