I was going to Harry Conn DDS for all of my dental work for a period of 8 months. I left for a more professional dentists. Every time I would go he would make sexual comments. On my last visit he actually asked me to come back after hours and fool around. I never went back after that. His actions are far from how I believe a married man should behave. When I was going, the way he spoke and from listening to the staff talk he strikes me as "get em in make the money and get em out" just my oppinion.

I sought a dentist's professional opinion on fixing my crooked teeth. I was told that the product Invisiline was what I should try because since I was older it was less obtrusive and a better product for adults. I purchased the Invisiline braces for a total cost of $3000.00. I was told that after this process of wearing these 10 trays my teeth would slowly become straighter over time and by my last tray I would have straight teeth. Over the last year I have worn the trays and gone in regularly for check-ups. I was told over-and-over it’s the next tray when your teeth will start to move. After wearing all 10 trays my teeth are not any straighter. When asking the dentist (Dr. Chapman) what is the next step I was told I have exhausted the 10 trays and "Well it just didn't work for you...maybe you should see an orthodontist." When I asked for a refund on the Invisiline Braces I was repeatedly told no. I asked multiple times for the owner Dr. Katz to call me and he refuses to give me a return call. I feel like I was misled into buying something that doesn't work for me. $3000 is a lot of money to have zero results. Like a lot of people I want straight teeth and I thought this was the answer. Not only did they sell me something I could not use the attitude and fell of this office is not pleasant. I suggest you stay far away from this office.
