Dr. Chapman is a great dentist, but her front office staff leaves something to be desired. There seems to be a policy for upselling, they have a strange "fill out your own appointment card" policy and you pay for your estimated balance after insurance BEFORE you even leave the office. All of this, combined with an arrogant attitude, made me walk away...
