The doctor and his staff were rude. I will never go there again. The waiting room was very small and freezing cold on a warm day. The room was packed with a few moms with 3-4 children each. There were no children's books or games to occupy the kids during their wait. Some tried to sneak into the treatment area so had to be chased out. The technician (probably had a high school education) that prepared my teeth for bonding didn't talk to me, didn't educate me on how to floss my teeth nor did she offer any explanation of what she was doing. She failed to recognize when I was uncomfortable or in pain. The doctor was the same way. Other unpleasant things happened that I cannot divulge without them recognizing who I am, I don't want to get sued. I would stay clear of this practice unless you like to shut up and take what ever they dish out.

I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. The decor provided a fun, comfortable atmosphere and there was magazines and entertainment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
