They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
