Currently, Creekside Dental Kennewick’s team consists of four doctors (Dr. Floyd Packard, Dr. Jared Bloxham, Dr. Kimball Larsen, and Dr. Robert Perry) and 30 outstanding team members.

Creekside Dental in Kennewick, WA opened its doors to business on April 5, 2005. It was the first sister office to the original Creekside Dental in Yakima, WA.
