My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The staff are all really friendly and patient with the kids. Dr. Kenny is fantastic, respectful, and thorough in his explanations, never talking over my head. I've never felt a procedure was pushed on the kids or done without necessity. Dr. Kenny has a very calm, professional demeanor.

The wait in the waiting room is never long, which I appreciate. The office seems to have a good handle on their scheduling. I love having the convenience of schedule my kids at the same time.

There isn't much privacy in the main exam/cleaning room, but there are only four chairs with good spacing. When my kids have cleanings and exams at the same time, this is perfect for me. Each chair has their own TV in the ceiling and private headphones, which is great. The train overhead is also fun. Private rooms are offered for special procedures, like fillings, which is super. Before my youngest was ready for the main exam room, they used the private rooms for check ups which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff and doctors seem to really care about the patients and their families. Love it.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did they give my son local anesthetic to make sure he didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure he was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about my litle guy.
