They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, Rex became angry when I asked questions. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait over an hour! They never answered my questions over the phone,I had to make an appointment; their goal was to get you in that chair. I was left with dental pain in my teeth and on my own. They had no interest in correcting the problem, just getting more of my money by doing more procedures. They hounded me relentlessly after the appointment where they worked on (killed) my teeth. Still in pain months later-WORST DENTIST I'VE HAD IN MY ADULT LIFE!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
