If I could give this dentist zero stars I would. Their level of professionalism was so horrendous my husband walked out halfway through his appointment.

My husband had an appointment at nine am (their first appointment of the day) and I had one at ten. My husband was called back, waited while the hygienist argued over who would do his cleaning, and then tried to up sale him on “deep cleaning” before they even looked at his teeth. After taking his x-rays and only partially cleaning his teeth the hygienist left without explanation to go clean another patient’s teeth.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging him, my husband finally walked out to the lobby so that we could leave. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist then argued with us because we wanted to leave. They said they were making him wait because I had a later appointment so they figured he could just sit around with his teeth partially cleaned while they worked on other patients. They then attempted to charge us for his cleaning even though no cleaning was ever completed.

I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
