They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
