The temperature of the office was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I wasimpressed with their office,it was very clean and a place for kids to play quietly. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The restrooms at this office were spotless.
I have been left hanging a few times as to what my next steps are for my upcoming procedure. The fact that I have missing teeth and work with people everyday is kind of embarrassing and I really need to move forward. This is not on this office though, I had a previous office that started the work and the budgets were cut and they are no longer doing restorative work so this is the office I was referred to. My previous dentist highly recommends Dr. Victor and I trust my other dentists' opinion, its just taking a lot longer than I had hoped.
Dr. Victor and his staff are always really friendly when I am in the office or when I call to try to set up the next step but I do really want to get my teeth fixed asap.
