I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
