I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I'm 60 years old and have been to many dentists and Dr. Shin is definitely among the very best. He has a very gentle touch and I totally trust him with the most complex dental procedures. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
