Our family refereed to this man as "Moneybags Thompson" since he would do unnecessary amounts of work. During a checkup at Thompsons place, my sibling and I were in need of fillings. I supposedly had 7 cavities, and my sibling 14. After burning about a $900 hole in my parents bank account, it was discovered that its normal to have flaws in ones enamel from clenching during sleep, and the work was entirely unnecessary.

HORRIBLE do not let him do Ortho work on you he started mine in 2005 its 2012 and I'm not finished I paid $7,000 and he screwed up my teeth several times and now wants more money from me. STAY AWAY go somewhere else!!! They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.
