Had my first appointment here. There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived. I stood there like an idiot and everyone in the office behind the desk ignored me. So I finally gave up standing there and sat down in the waiting room. Then someone came in and checked in at a little computer on a side table. I figured this is the way to do it......so I checked in. Thank goodness this other patient helped me otherwise I would not have known how. There were no instructions either.

I was seen 40 minutes late.

So if I could give zero stars for the check-in process I would.

The appointment itself went smoothly however I felt like I was herded like cattle.

I am still waiting for a status on my retainer. It has been almost a week. When I called I got the voicemail.
