I've been a patient of Dr. Volm's for the past 26 years. Most of his staff has been with him for almost as long as I've been a patient, which is indicative of the integrity of his practice. His practice begins with cleaning and includes cosmetic and some dental surgeries. I've had a couple of root canals and crowns (I am over 50!) and have had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Volm. His Novocaine shots are painless.

He has NEVER upsold me on dental work, and in fact, has advised waiting on specific procedures. This is the dental office that once you visit, you will travel back to from other states. (My husband and I both traveled back from CA for our dental work, and I understand several of his patients do this.)

While I've never waited for an extended period in his waiting room, if you do have a slight delay, keep in mind Dr. Volm is giving the patient ahead of you the same attention you will want when it is your turn.
