I don't worry so much about "staff friendliness" when, in reality, without one of their OMF surgeons discovering a worsening facial infection of almost 5 yrs duration, I could have eventually ended up with meningitis or facial reconstruction or worse, death. An OMF surgeon from this office acted quickly. But yes: office staff friendly, courteous, etc. This group was very hard to find in our little city 30 miles south of their home office in Sheboygan. Could not find them in local phone book, etc. Came online today to get the data to refer another family member to them. Had a lot of dental work done in life, but this OMF surgeon was the best! Thanks, Dr. Keller, for what you did for me in 2009.
