I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
