I am new to the area and scheduled an appointment with this dentist because I was having some sensitivity on my one tooth. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday and the girls in the office rang my phone off the hook on Thursday to tell me I needed to come in then because doctor wouldn't be in on Friday... Whatever no big deal. I go into the office and they take X-rays and the doctor comes in and asks me why I think I need a filling(what I initially called for) I told him the pain was familiar and I had a filling before. So he goes in and puts a ice cube on my teeth then proceeds to tell me the person that did my braces did a horrible job because my jaw is messed up and not aligning with my teeth. Okay? So then he bangs on my teeth with an instrument and proceeds to tell me I have a massive cavity that has gone unnoticed and it needs filled with possible root canal. Okay. So I tell him I will need medicine to numb it and he said don't be a cry baby I could do that with my eyes closed. So he said he didn't have time and I would have to schedule another appointment. Still in pain, I went to the front desk to schedule and they schedule it a month away and charge me 65.00 for an emergency visit when it most certainly was not an emergency. I would not recommend or EVER go back there.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
