They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
