Caveat: I'm a former employee of the same hospital this physician practices at. I assure you this is not a biased review, but rather an objective overview.

The short version of my experience is that the Surgery Clinic and all of the staff, including Dr. Puckett, were reliable, polite and helpful at every turn. Wait times in the clinic can run a bit long; many of the patients there are trauma victims with extensive wound and surgical issues. All my questions about cost were answered up front, before I consented to the procedure I consulted them for. My results are nothing short of outstanding; I'm very pleased with the outcome.

For those who would like some "work" done, you can request a resident case; this means that the most senior residents will perform the procedure, but with an attending present at all times. Allowing this gives residents much needed experience and cuts the cost of the procedure in half. (This is what I opted for.) I want to emphasize that my results were optimal.
