My seven year old son has been a patient of Dr. Habel's since he was one week old; he had his annual physical yesterday. As usual, Dr. Habel was late, in a hurry, and spent less than ten minutes at this appointment. However, yesterday, Dr. Habel crossed the line and was unprofessional - he told me that I do not use enough discipline with my son. Keep in mind that Dr. Habel sees my son 10 minutes each year, at his annual physical. I was in shock at his comments!! I will never take my son to this doctor again. And I will share this episode with all friends, neighbors, and acquaintances.
