He was very condescending and rude when on call. I was lectured about how "most people" don't call in their birth control refills on weekends, even though I've been on it for six years and have frequently refilled my prescription on weekends without any problems. He told me that my situation was not an emergency, and that I could wait until Monday when "people are actually working." All I was asking for was my birth control to be refilled, and I needed to take my pill that day. Not a matter of life and death, but a matter of being pregnant or not. I'd say that qualifies as an emergency. I felt talked down to like a child by this man, and the only way he was helpful was when he finally agreed to call in my prescription for me. I know I should have called the day before, but you know what: sometimes people forget, especially when it comes to daily oral contraceptives. Sorry if you're on call on a Saturday, but weekends are arbitrary when it comes to the human body and health issues. Show some compassion for your patients, sir.

Dr. J and his staff are TOP NOTCH in what they do!!!! I went to Dr. Taylor and Dr. Jurgensen took his practice over and I never had a doubt or issue with them in 18 years!! He delivered 3 of my 4 children, I had cervical issues and he wasted NO time in getting me in and taken care of all with in a week and a half, and has always paid special attention to those details in keeping watch. Recently my 16 year old daughter had an issue with her breast, she is very modest mind you, won't even let me see!! She loved Dr. J and said she was very comfortable with him and had no issues. He even "talked" to her about her future visits and what all they would entail. All in all he is a FANTASTIC DOCTOR!!! who know his work is important everyday every minute...not just once in a while!!!
