I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I received my annual last year (2008), went in for my appointment and waited for almost 2 hours to be seen, very robotic doctor and nurse, then this year- 2009 went in for pre-natal care, found out I was started to miscarry, but was never able to see my doctor only a PA--- they mix-up my labs-- and never got back to me-- I changed immediately to another OB! I was new to Omaha-- and came here b/c someone recommended me-- I did not receive respect or quality care for my miscarriage.
