Their appointment desk is unorgenized and often only lets you leave messages instead taking your call and scheduling an appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I had to wait only for a short time for them to show up. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service, wait time in the examining room too long.
