Dr. Howard J Mason is an outstanding doctor. I am so very sad to have to leave his practice as my insurance changed to an HMO. He is so caring, kind and thorough and spent so much time going over lab results in detail, and looking at me as a WHOLE patient, not just a bunch of test results and measurements. He has been spot-on with my care and treatment and his staff has been courteous and helpful at all times. Dr. Mason is the first doctor in this town in many years that has made me feel so comfortable, knowing that I am in the hands of someone who truly cares, and doesn't just see me as an all-too-small co-payment. I can't say enough good things about him, and I hope to change back to an non-HMO insurance ASAP so that I can come back.
