They made sure every question I had was answered, and are available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their (onsite) staff was friendly enough, but did seem a bit overwhelmed with their work-load. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. I would return to this practice if medically necessary, otherwise I have no need to go to the doctor in the first place.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their 72 hour policy to fill a prescription doesn't work when you're out of insulin and need a refill.......
