Horrible! i needed one signed form to get my job and I faxed it over and asked 1 month in advance.. they kept saying they would send it today.. i finally drove to the office to get it or else I would be unemployed... staff was rude, he was unprofessional, the PA is not any good, and its a bad looking office..They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

When comparing Dr. Miller to others I have visited for the same condition, he is among the best I have seen. The office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. He and his staff answered every question I had in-depth. They were patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The consequence of their being thorough is that sometimes, not every time, I have had to wait for my appointment. But, I appreciate his taking the time with me, so I don't mind having them take the time with others as well.
