I used to see Dr. Goodwin for 3 years and thought he was very friendly and caring. The last year, i was seeing him, he was becoming very unfriendly and quick to keep out appointment short. i called his office and asked to speak to him about a problem i was having and he didnt bother to call me back like he always did in the past. im assuming my issue wasnt that important to him and he had someone from his staff call me back and told me to go to the hospital. ive noticed a big change in his personality and asked a few people i know that see him and they all said they noticed a change in his personality as well. Im glad to hear he is retiring this month because he should not be treating people with such an attitude.
