I was in New Jersey on a business trip and I needed a doctor immediately. A colleague had recommended Dr. Masor. I got an appointment the same day I called. I was shocked at how much personal attention I got since I am used to "doctor factories" where they barely know your name. Dr. Masor listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way I could understand. Additionally, I was so pleased to have all my questions answered and not feel rushed in any way. He moved me to a better medication that has less side effects and I feel so much better.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
