They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
