I most likely will be going back. It was a good experience. The appointment with this OBGYN was OK. I wish this provider would listen to me more. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. This OBGYN was somewhat ok in the area of compassion. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
But Sue did'nt stick her fingers up my anus. It would have been nice to hear from a compassionate person that I may have complications in the colon. Instead she ordered a CT of my vagina for fibroids. It turned out I had rectal cancer. Where are your friends when you need them the most.

I want my patients to know that I take their comments seriously and am concerned with their experience in my office. To that end, we have had staff retraining in October 2013 and will be reinforcing this reenforcing this training within the month. As with many offices, the current changes in health care- requiring a new EMR and retraining of the doctors and nurse practitioners and the reloading of data have caused us to spend more time with documentation and less time with our patients. This is, however, a learning curve and at this point we are moving much more efficiently in our office.
