I have been a patient of Dr. Gatto's for over 6 years due to complicated spinal issues. He has performed several emergency surgeries on me with success. The maintenance is not due to his lack of expertise, but my ongoing issues. He is extremely busy, but the office is better managing his scheduling in the past several years. The wait time is significantly decreased from 5 years ago. His time is limited so his bedside manner is very matter of fact. However, he is compassionate and follows up for more complicated issues. Great surgeon! Wouldn't want anyone else in my back!
