I have been with this office for several years and it is going downhill fast. The staff is rude. They are always trying to put you with new Drs. I find that only Dr LaMantia or Dr Patel know what they are doing. The other Drs or nurse practitioner never give out medication. After a sick visit, told "it is s virus it has to run its course" the next day I go to urgent care clinic and my child has a sinus infection or upper resp infection. I understand that any people over use antibiotics, but this has happened to me 4 times. 2 days on the antibiotics and my kids are improving. I have had to wait hours in the waiting room. They are great about sick visits and getting people in same day, but please please be honest. No one wants to sit in a waiting room with a sick child around other sick children for hours on end!! On more than 1 occasion I had to wait over 1.5 hours! One time they forgot we were there. I also find that they are not helpful at all in getting you in with a specialist. I am sorry, if you can not help my child, it is time to pick up a phone and refer us to someone who can! The ultimate goal should be to help children. I understand most kids are perfectly healthy, but lets face it, there are alot of people with healthy children that have medical emergencies.

My family has been with this practice 25 years and now with my youngest of 4 children approaching the age of 19 it will soon be time to look for a
Doctor that takes young adults as primary care.

Thank you for 25 wonderful years of the best care anyone could ask for.

Yes, and my child loves them!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
