It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff really knows what they're doing, and are friendly & warm. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Such as prescription refills & referrals. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The doctor doesn't over book his patients they get right to you at the time of your appt. or in a very short period of time. Last time I went for a bronchial infection my sister took me. When I came out she stated" wow that was quick" I was glad that the parking is good so as not have to search for parking.
