I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor.
He LITERALLY turned my life from one of daily contemplation of suicide (from pain) to a life, once more of JOY to greet another day!

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I had to do my own research, per the doctors orders. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The office staff is rude and won't help patients with any type of paperwork. They printed the wrong version of my medication and even though I asked two of the nursed they both said it was right and it wasn't. I have been trying to get them to write a letter to give to my insurance company, which after a month and a half I am yet to receive and have been told they will not write it. They have stressed me out and caused my health to be in jeopardy. I can't even get them to refer me to another neurologist.
