They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

We've been taking our children to Dr. Kennicott for 18 years now and would never go anywhere else. One child has a life-treatening illness and Dr. Kennicott has been on top of it from day one. She's the best and really cares about her patients.
