Provides subpar services. I filled out intake form stating my problem and that I'm not looking for therapy, but med maintenance. My last doctor opted out of Medicare. Laikin wouldn't read the form or address the problem, only sent in an RX. He billed my insurer for the highest level of urgent medical care (level 5 under Medicare, 99205) and a therapy session! Instead of returning payment and rebilling as insurer sought, he tried to cover his tracks by putting out review to claim all that is precisely false. He breached my trust. His violation sickened me.
