They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. At one time during her professional career, Dr. Andrei was a cardiologist in New Bern, North Carolina, where she was my doctor. My family and I shall never forget the care and concern She administered to me during that time. We were devistated when she left the area! How fortunate you are to have her in the Ithaca area!
