Dr. Peter Accetta is a Board Certified Clinical Associate Professor for the UB School of Medicine. Together with Registered and Certified Physician Assistants Susan Peterson RPA-C and Emily Gottstein RPA-C the practice specializes in Skin Care and Surgery for adults over the age of 21.

Each year we treat more than 1000 skin cancers, counsel patients on sun protection and for those interested offer skin rejuvenation products and procedures.

Dr. Accetta, along with other community dermatologists, is a volunteer for The Lighthouse Dermatology Clinic. This is a free clinic located at 1323 Jefferson Ave. and meets from 6pm to 8pm on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

I have been visiting this practice for several years now, and could not be happier. Everyone in the office -- from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses and the physician's assistants -- are wonderful. I generally see Susan Peterson, PA for my appointments, and she is incredible -- not only is she knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and reassuring, but she has a terrific personality and bedside manner as well! I would highly recommend this practice!!

Dr Accetta along with Elizabeth and Sara answered all my questions regarding my surgery to remove basal-cell from the side of my nose and close to my left eye. The perp and procedure was painless. They even called me the next day to see how I was. If your researching were to go for being scanned and treated for skin cancer you will not be disappointed.
