Dr, Stratton-Smith I personally feel is a thorough doctor. I believe that he does listen to the patients complaints and symptoms.
He is willing to work with patients to help find a comfort zone so you are not walking away confused. As for the statement in the one review that the person was more confused then that patient did not ask the right questions to get clarity.

Dr. Stratton-Smith is careful and honest, and listens well. He is my Primary Care Physician, as well as my wife's and my two children. We like him, we trust him, and he has always done well with us.
