Dr. Viola has been my primary care physician for well over 20 years. I'm usually nervous with doctors. Not with Dr. Viola- ever. She's kind, compassionate and very much an active listener. She has taken the time over the years to get to know me and my health needs very well. Her knowledge of medicine is very impressive. On the rare occasion she's stumped by something, she doesn't hesitate to send me to a specialist. The office staff is a pleasure to work with. Always pleasant and helpful. Thank you Dr. Viola, nursing and office staff for making each visit pleasant.

Dr. Viola is wonderful. Great doctor, very thorough and professional. However, the staff is less than competent. I notified them of my address/phone number change several times, only to get calls from my previous residence telling me that my doctors office was calling looking for me and had left messages with personal information about my appointment on their answering machine. I never went back
